Locally known as “the season”, when 40% of the wealth of America is in residence and a large population of Canadian “snowbirds” are in their winter retreats.


     Offering a Total of $2,500.00 in Prize Money

was conceived by artists and patrons in response to the concerns of artists who are trying to market their creations through art shows. This collaboration between artists and patrons by Artistic Synergy Inc. is an organic process as we try to raise awareness of your work by the way it is viewed, perceived, and marketed.

Why is ARTNADO the most innovative and creative art show of the season? Its genesis was not as a private business to just make money from the work of artists, but created as part of Artistic Synergy Inc., a registered nonprofit corporation in Florida with the goal of assisting artists in varying ways with their careers. To create such a robust art show required a year of planning where for the first time both sides of the success equation was researched. The first parameter was "What do artists want" and the second, almost always overlooked, is "What do patrons want". These two questions were asked in many venues for over a year with their answers creating ARTNADO.
                                         
To accomplish this we have created:

- an indoor event at high profile venue ( 50,000 square feet under air; 10,000 square feet outside)
- better illumination for your art
(set up your gallery space as you wish, use your tent without the top, pro-panels or custom create something to showcase your creations)
- doubled and quadrupled the traditional standard space to include 10x20 and 20x20 possibilities
- maximized the number of corner booths
- created a safe environment for your work (air conditioning, no rain or wind concerns or rained out shows)
- electricity is available


Our inclusion of space for you to demonstrate your art, combined with the above mentioned advantages, will make for a rewarding and enlightening show.

The Grand Salon - The massive indoor space is reserved for 2D and 3D Fine Art. This area is divided into smaller sectors 10x10, 10x20 and 20x20 galleries maximizing the number of corners and end-caps available.

The Private Gallery - A small curated enclosed gallery showcasing 8 to 12 works of art by artists who cannot or do not do art shows. After submitting your selections for the Private Gallery, please, e-mail an artist statement and individual descriptions of your submitted pieces; so, that our docent may best represent you.
The fees for the Private Gallery are simple, there is a $50 hanging fee for one piece of any Art up to 3 feet by 4 feet. Larger pieces are $100. There is a minimal 15% commission fee charged for each sale (only for the Private     Gallery).                                   

The Avenue of the Arts - The outdoor portico leading to the concourse buildings. Ideal for large sculptures, outdoor designs, large kinetic pieces and living art.


The Annex Building - Where the journey through the diversity of American arts begins. Within these walls, completely separate from the Fine Art building and offered for the first time, patrons may explore the intricacies of: the Human Form, the Art of the Tattoo (the most unforgiving canvas), Fantasy Art, Exotic Art, Pinups, Dark Art, and whatever else the American mind is currently creating.

Show dates - Saturday February 11, 2017 and Sunday February 12, 2017

Many artists have concerns about the need to submit so many applications and their associated costs, then have to wait until after the application process is closed before the jury starts. This long elapsed time means they may be eliminated from other shows. To answer this concern we will be utilizing a rolling juried system. When your works is submitted it will be judged against a weighted score (5.5 out of 7) and if it  passes that, you will receive an acceptance with 10 days. If less, then you will be wait listed. Hence, if you submit early, you will know which other shows you may or may not need to apply for.

Also, to help artists determine their cost and selection, all applications are eligible for a lower cost up until September 1, after which the fees for the facilities will increase by 10%.

The Grand Salon Exhibition Fees


Limited 10x10 indoor artist space $350
Standard 10x20 indoor artist space $495
Personal Gallery 20x20 - a row to row space for the creation of a gallery 4 times the size of available tent shows $795 (an un-matched price point per square foot)
Corner space add $30
10x20 End-cap includes 2 corners add $60
Electricity add $40



The Private Gallery in the Grand Salon Fees

The hanging fee is as follows:

1 piece of any Art up to 3 feet by 4 feet for the Private Gallery $50
1 piece of any Art larger then 3 feet by 4 feet for the Private Gallery $100


There is a minimal 15% commission fee charged for each sale (only for the Private Gallery)

Corners and end-caps will be assigned on a first come first served basis determined by the acceptance date of the application and payment.

Booth fees indicated are discounted until September 1, 2016.
 After that date all booth fees will increase by 10%.


The Florida Fairgrounds has RV and camper hook-ups for $35 per night.
